Yet another demand for a separate state in Bengal. This time Banned militant organisation Kamtapur Liberation Organisation has called for a 24 hour Kamtapur Bandh on August 28th.
This is to demand for a separate state of Kamtapur. KLO has decided to observe August 28 as Black Day.
