U'khand Floods: Two months on, where is the road to recovery?

It has been two months since the Himalayan tsunami in Uttarakhand left a trail of devastation. As confusion continues over the exact figure of the death toll that cud between 5,000 - 10,000, the state is still struggling with reconstruction, esply road connectivity.
