NewsX: With two separate incidents in the IT-hub Bangalore which is known as the Tech-city is once again making news but for wrong reasons. Four people including two women were mowed down by a speeding car allegedly driven by a former civic body president last night near Bangalore. Seven others are injured in the accident by the speeding car.
And in other incident, an African National in Bengaluru has been physically assaulted and abused racially, leaving him badly injured.
