NewsX: Delhi to be the first to implement Food Bill

NewsX: Congress president Sonia Gandhi mets party chief ministers in the national capital today. The meeting that has ended was likely to discuss an early roll out of the Food Security Bill in Congress-ruled states.
First to implement the scheme is the Delhi government , where assembly polls are due by the year-end. The state will roll out the scheme on 20th August, the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
