NewsX: The Punjab government is not able to pay salaries to its employees and taking overdraft from the Reserve Bank of India to meet day-to-day expenses. However the state govt is purchasing two bullet-proof BMW cars at a cost of Rs. 7 crore for "personal use" by chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and deputy CM Sukhbir Badal.
