News X: With over 1 lakh people being rescued and evacuated from flood-hit Uttarakahand,chief minister Vijay Bahuguna today announced the setting up of a statutory body. The Uttarakhand Rehabilitation And Redevelopment Authority will oversee reconstruction of the flood-ravaged state. He also announced some slabs for compensation and outlined relief operations.
