NewsX: Heavy rainfall in Kolkata since saturday evening has left several parts of city water logged. This has caused huge inconvenience to all the commuters in the city. Water logging is the main issue that the commuters are currently facing. As few local trains have come to a grinding halt due to water logging on the railway tracks.
