News X: Jiah's mother Rabiya Khan has filed an application in Mumbai High Court adding her as an intervener. She is opposing that Sooraj's should not get bail. The hearing of Sooraj's bail is on 1st July. His judicial custody term was supposed to end on 27th June.. but has instead been extended to the 11th of July..Sooraj's father Aditya Pancholi had moved the Mumbai High court for his son's bail on wednesday. After the earlier bail plea was rejected due to the prima facie evidence to connect him with the offence of abetting Jiah's suicide.
