NewsX: A 2 and a half-year-old baby girl lies abandoned in a Dehradoon hospital following the Uttarakhand floods. The little girl having sustained fractures in both her legs was found by pilgrims at flood-hit Uttarakhand's Gaurikund area. Her condition is now stable.
