NewsX: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi are likely to visit to Uttarakhand today to take aerial survey of affected areas at 2 pm. According to the Director of Uttarakhand's Disaster Management Minimization Centre, 14 choppers have been pressed into service and operations started early morning.
