Delhi records highest crime rate, tops in rapes

NewsX: There's a steep rise in the crime across the country. The National Crime Records Bureau Reports that crime in all metros has gone up substantially. Worse, Delhi is the crime capital of the country with 706 rapes last year. Here's a report.
