NewsX: Senior Congress leader VC Shukla's death was caused by what is now confirmed as a major security lapse. Speaking to NewsX, the Director General of CRPF says security lapses led to the attack on May 25th. He feels that the Naxalites were retaliating in desperation after 10 of their top commanders were shot dead this year.
