Mumbai building collapses; 4 dead

NewsX: Non-stop rain for two days has wrecked havoc in Mumbai. A senior citizen along with 4 others have lost their lives in a building collapse. 7 people have been rescued thus far. Fire force personnel are trying to save several others who are feared trapped under the debris.
