NewsX: BCCI President N Srinivasan's problem is mounting with every passing second and the latest reports say that the President might have to step down.

Currently there is a meeting going on in Kolkata between Arun Jaitley, Rajiv Shukla and Subbarao.

Srinivasan has rejected efforts of fellow board members to persuade him to resign for the alleged involvement of his son-in-law and Chennai Super Kings principal Gurunath Meiyappan in betting and fixing.

At least 75% of the 31-member body BCCI must be willing vote him out at a special general meeting a tough task in an organisation that has traditionally functioned through patronage.
