Policemen pours out blood for a glass of water

NewsX: Two Lucknow Policemen Started fighting only for a glass of water. They attack with sticks.

This incident took place when UP chief minister was addressing some people in Lucknow in a program, but just outside of the building the two policemen started fighting for a glass of water.
