Taking a leaf out of the recent Greece Referendum on it's Economic and Political future - Arvind Kejriwal has added a new twist to his ongoing battle for Delhi. He has decided to go the Greece way - by ordering his Urban Affairs Department to ready a Law to allow a referendum in Delhi on the issue of Statehood. He is no stranger to referendums - but it will be a first if it takes shape in the national capital.
