UPA's fourth report card to be presented on May 22

NewsX:The UPA Government turns 4 today and as the government completes 4 years in Office Prime Minister is hosting a dinner for all the center allies. At the dinner will be Amar Singh and the left party CCM leaders are also likely to attend the dinner but will not endorse the 4 year UPA report card before the dinner the UPA report card will be unveiled and is likely to be the beginning of the government campaign for 2014 it will list out the major Government achievements.
