NewsX: In a shocking incident, a 3-month old lost his life due to negligence of health department officials in a village in Daman. According to sources, he succumbed to a reaction after being administered a DPT vaccine in a government hospital. The vaccination drive was organised by the National Rural Health Mission department in the area. Three more infants have been reportedly admitted to the hospital post reactions.
