SC to hear review plea of Bhullar

The Supreme Court will pass its verdict on the mercy petition of Devinderpal Singh Bhullar today. Bhullar's lawyers have asked for the death sentence to be changed to life imprisonment as it took eight years for the President to make a decision. Bhulllar was found guilty in the 1993 attack outside the Indian Youth Congress office.
