Masoom rape case: Will my quitting stop crimes, asks Neeraj Kumar

Delhi police commissioner broke his silence a while ago, meekly condemning the rape of 5 -year old Masoom. But nevertheless lauding his force with a range of statistics, Neeraj Kumar clutching to his chair refuses to quit post, says it will not stop crimes in the capital. He was quick to shift the onus on erring policemen who reacted slowly in the Masoom rape case.
