Supreme Court grants four weeks time to Sanjay Dutt to surrender to undergo remaining jail term in 1993 Mumbai blasts case. SC rejects CBI contention that Dutt can't be granted more time to surrender. Supreme Court further said that relief to Dutt is purely on humanitarian grounds.
