Justice Katju to appeal for Bhullar's pardon

Jutice Katju to appeal for pardon for Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar. After the Supreme Court upheld the death sentence of Khalistani Terrorist Devinder Singh Bhullar yesterday, Chairman of the Press Council Markandey Katju has come out and said that he will appeal for the pardon of Bhullar. Earlier Katju had sought pardon for Actor Sanjay Dutt.
