Prime minister Manmohan Singh leaves for Berlin to participate in the second round of inter-governmental consultations with Germany. The two countries are celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relations and will address possible areas of cooperation. Salman Khurshid and other officials are also part of delegation on the bilateral visit.
