Maharashtra governor petition for, against Sanjay Dutt

There seems to be no relief for Sanjay Dutt. Maharashtra Governor has forwarded 60 petitions opposing pardon for Sanjay Dutt to Maharashtra Home Department. Maharashtra Governor K. Sankaranarayanan has sent the representations and petitions received by him from various individuals and organizations both seeking and opposing clemency for Sanjay Dutt.
