The red terror is spreading across the country, reducing our security forces to cannon fodder. Now that raises the basic question, why is the red terror rearing its ugly head in various parts of the country? Why are our security forces proving to be ineffective in areas dominated by the Maoists? Has politics to do with emergence of India's domestic Vietnam?
