Delhi has demanded the autopsy report of an Indian prisoner Chamel Singh, found dead in a Pakistani prison. The autopsy report says he was tortured before his death. Chamel Singh was languishing in a Pak jail for the last 5 years. He was to be freed this year from the jail. NewsX was the first to air Chamel Singh's plight, which caused uproar for justice.
