Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Monday announced to refer CBI probe into the Kunda violence case in which a deputy superintendent of police Zia-ul-Haq was killed. He made announcement after meeting victim's family in Deoria district. He also said that all those named in FIR will be arrested.
