Amid expectations of reversing the slowdown in the Country's growth, Finance Minister P Chidambaram presented UPA two's last budget saying that there was no need for gloom. The highly anticipated budget in recent years also unveiled a bigger-than-expected outlay for the coming fiscal year, with increased allocation to every sector.
