The Supreme Court on Monday said that the bail application of Asaram Bapu will be heard after a medical test is conducted on the controversial spiritual guru.
The apex court said the bail plea will be hard after after a medical test is performed on Asaram on December 03.
The 72-year-old Asaram, who is currently lodged in Jodhpur jail, was arrested in September last year after a 16-year-old girl lodged a police complaint Aug 20, 2013, accusing him of sexually assaulting her at his ashram in Jodhpur.
