Raj Thackeray rules out merger with Shiv Sena

Raj Thackeray has ruled out merger with the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena. Speaking at a rally in Maharashtra's Kolhapur district the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief hit out at his cousin. Raj was making a reference to Uddhav Thackeray's "merger offer" made through an interview in Sena's mouthpiece 'Saamana' last month. Without taking names, he also slammed Sanjay Raut of the Shiv Sena for indulging in double talk. Raut had said soon after Uddhav's interview that the offer was from Uddhav and not from the party.
