CCTV footage from a government hospital in Jammu has captured a woman stealing a day-old baby boy from his mother's bedside. It is the third such incident within a span of three months, wherein a newly-born baby has been stolen from SMGS Hospital in Jammu. Clearly no lessons have been learnt from the earlier incidents and this has exposed tall claims of beefed up security.
