TN govt should reassess ban on 'Vishwaroopam': Manish Tewari

The row over the film slowly appears to be snowballing into a political slugfest as well. Now the Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari has asked the Tamil Nadu government to honour the Supreme Court order that empowers CBFC to decide on the screening of any film in the country. The Minister reminded the Jayalalitha govt that Viswaroopam has been certified by the CBFC, hence the screening be allowed in the state.
