Rahul Gandhi is set to be assigned a much bigger role in the Congress party and an announcement to this effect is expected very soon. It is clear that the Congress is now putting in place its top leadership structure in the run-up to 2014. Raj Babbar made his reaction as India is safe in Rahul Gandhi's hand. Union minister of the state, Jyotraditya, said that Rahul is committed to bigger roles of party in terms of organizing it.
