Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has stirred a hornet's nest at the AICC conclave in Jaipur, seemingly threatening to derail Rahul Gandhi's agenda. On reacting to it BJP leader Vinay Katiyar said that Congress is responsible for terrorism in the country.
