India-Pak flag meet to be held today

Pakistan has agreed to a flag meeting with India at the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. It's an Indian initiative to diffuse tensions between the two neighbours. But in the meantime, Pakistan appears to have a multi-pronged strategy against India - create tension along the LoC, sneak terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir, and target Sarpanches and Panches in the Valley to undermine the democratic process there.
