Delhi gangrape: Magistrate summons 5 accused

The Metropolitan Magistrate at the Saket Court has taken cognizance of the chargesheet submitted by the Delhi police. The Magistrate has summoned 5 of the accused on 7th January. The magistrate has not summoned the 6th accused who is a juvenile.
