The Ram Manohar Lohia hospital in Delhi has submitted the post-mortem report of constable Subhash Chand Tomar to the Delhi police. The report apparently bolsters Delhi police's claim that the constable Tomar died of injuries sustained as a result of being beaten by protestors at India Gate. Constable Tomar had collapsed while in duty at India Gate on Sunday last and was taken to the Ram Manhar Lohia hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday.
