As outrage continues to grow over the horrendous rape that has left the 23-year-old girl fighting for life, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde who met Delhi Police's top brass on the action taken so far in the morning, has summoned Delhi police top brass. Shinde asked top cops to submit complete details of the rape case.
