Finance and Defence Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday regretted a remark where he had called the December 16 Delhi gangrape as "a small incident" due to which the country "lost millions of dollars in tourism"."I regret that my speech was misconstrued, or some word that I used was construed as insensitive, that was not my intention," the minister clarified on Friday.
