Mumbai pays tribute to 26/11 victims - NewsX

It is the fourth anniversary of the 26/11 attacks today, and along with Mumbai, the whole country paid tribute to those killed by 10 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists on November 26, 2008. A commemorative function was held at Mumbai Police Gymkhana at Chowpatty where a 26/11 memorial has been erected. Maharashtra Governor K Sankaranarayanan, Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde, Maharashtra Home Minister RR Patil, Mumbai Police Commissioner Satyapal Singh and others paid floral tributes to the victims and martyrs at the memorial this morning.
