In a shocking incident, a psycho lover who reportedly was in love with a minor killed her brutally as she was fixed to get married by someone else as decided by her parents.

After murdering the young girl, he dropped her on the road and ran his car over her. The victim was immediately rushed to the hospital where she was declared dead.

The murderer has been arrested by the police.
