2G auction: Supreme Court slams government - NewsX

The Supreme Court has taken the govt to task over the 2G auction. A bench of Justices G S Singhvi and K S Radhakrishnan has observed that the govt has been casual in dealing with the matter. They said that the court had not been informed that only part of the 2G spectrum will be auctioned. The Supreme Court has also expressed concern over the compliance with its 2G judgment which had cancelled 122 licences.
