Delhi: 2 groups clash at Rakhabganj Gurudwara, several injured - NewsX

Two groups clashed at a gurudwara here today ahead of a meeting of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee, injuring several persons. The incident took place at Rakhabganj Gurudwara this morning when supporters of Paramjeet Singh Sarna and Manjeet Singh clashed. The meeting of DSPC Working Committee was scheduled for the day. Though both the groups alleged that shots were fired, Delhi Police spokesperson Rajan Bhagat said it could not be verified. "There was no evidence of firing. It could not be verified. It appears to be a case of rumour mongering," Bhagat said. Several persons suffered injuries in the scuffle, police said.
