Rape accused athlete Pinki Pramanik has threatened to slap a defamation case against the Kolkata police and the additional public prosecutor. Addressing a Press Conference, the Asian Games gold medallist alleged that the police were torturing her and pushing her towards suicide. The police filed a chargesheet based on a medical report that claimed Pinki was a male and accused her of rape.
