Gadkari issue is internal matter of BJP: RSS - NewsX

The RSS appears to be caught in a bind over the allegations against BJP president Nitin Gadkari. On the one hand, he's their blue eyed boy. On the other hand, his continuance as party chief may be compromising the BJP's campaign against the Congress over corruption. The RSS says the Gadkari issue is the internal matter of the BJP. But, considering that Gadkari's Purti group - which is at the centre of the controversy - is filled with RSS people - can the RSS afford to remain aloof?
