In a sudden development arising out of BJP veteran Kailashpati Mishra' death, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to be in Patna today. Modi's arrival coincides with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's much touted 'adhikar rally'. Modi is set to arrive in Patna by a special flight around 3 PM and go straight to the Patna residence of the late leader. He is scheduled to leave for Gujarat at 4.15 pm.
