A municipal corporation report in Mumbai has confirmed dengue as the cause of the death of Bollywood legend Yash Chopra, areflection of dengue having got through to the most elite rungs of society. But even now, the BMC washes its hands of responsibility, insisting that it's the individual responsibility of the citizen to protect themselves.
