As he headed for Brazil on Sunday to participate in his first multilateral event, the Brics summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed the hope that the proposal to set up a Brics Bank and create a Contingent Reserve Arrangement will come to fruition.Mr Modi set forth his expectations from the coming sixth Brics summit to be held over two days (July 15 and 16) in the Brazilian cities of Fortaleza and Brasilia in a pre-departure statement here before he left for Germany on his way to South America.
