4 serial blasts rock Manipur during I-Day celebrations - NewsX

Four persons were injured when a series of bombs exploded in Manipur during Independence day celebrations today. Official sources said the first explosion was reported from interior Thoubal district at a fair ground, near the district headquarters, at around 8 AM while arrangements were being made to celebrate the occasion.
