Jindal has revealed that the action plan for the attack was charted out by a 10- member group led by Hafiz Saeed. Following Hafiz in the hierarchy, is Lakhvi in number two slot followed by 5 other LeT operatives including Muzamnil Butt and Dr Rehan. Interestingly, Jindal has given himself the eighth slot followed by Major Sameer of ISI and a representative of the Pakistan Army. The revelation is crucial as it reiterates the role of ISI and Pak army in the attack.
